From your enquiry to your warehouse
Enquiry and quotation
Send us your product, specification, quantity and delivery location. We reply with a delivered price and timeline.
Sample development
We produce samples to your specification. You approve fit, fabric, colour and finish before production starts.
Order confirmation
We agree final specification, quantity, price and delivery date in a written contract. You pay the deposit.
Production
Your order is made in the factory best suited to your product. We monitor progress against the agreed schedule and report to you at key stages.
Quality inspection
Before dispatch, goods are inspected against agreed AQL standards. You receive an inspection report with photographs. The balance is due once the inspection is passed.
Shipping and customs
We handle export documentation, freight, EU import clearance, duties and VAT.
Delivery and after-sales
Goods arrive at your warehouse. If there is a quality or quantity issue, you contact us and we resolve it. You never need to deal with the manufacturer.
Where your garments are made
A look inside the production facilities we use for our clients' orders. Our team selects the right factory for each product, then manages production and inspects every order before dispatch.
Approximately 12 to 16 weeks
Timelines depend on product, fabric, volume and season. For urgent small orders, air freight is available at additional cost.
