Deposit and Balance
Our standard structure for production orders, paid by bank transfer.
- Deposit on order confirmation to start production
- Balance after your goods pass inspection and before dispatch
- Inspection report with photographs shared before you pay the balance
- Exact percentages agreed in your contract
Letter of Credit (LC)
An irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit for larger orders, giving both sides bank-backed security.
- Irrevocable LC at sight, issued by your bank in favour of Lotus Global Traders
- Paid against agreed shipping and inspection documents
- Bank charges for opening the LC are normally for the buyer's account
- Subject to prior review and agreement with us
Full Advance Payment
For sample development, small runs and urgent orders, payment in full before we start.

Bank transfer details
Bank details are issued only on our official proforma invoice or contract. We never change bank details by chat message alone. If you receive a request to pay into a different account, please phone us to verify before paying.
Repeat customers
Payment milestones can be adjusted by agreement for repeat customers and larger programmes. We do not offer open-account credit to new customers; this may be discussed for established repeat business.
